Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every product we make. If you're not satisfied, we want to make it right.
30-day return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible for return
- Unopened, sealed products in original packaging
- Products received damaged or defective
Not eligible for return
- Opened or used products — for health and hygiene reasons, consistent with industry standards for skincare
- Products returned after the 30-day window
- Final sale items (if any)
Return shipping
- Customer pays return shipping on non-defective returns
- Maison Van Irene provides a prepaid return label for damaged or defective items
How to initiate a return
- Email hello@maisonvanirene.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the unopened product back using a tracked service
- Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Email hello@maisonvanirene.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
- No need to return the damaged item in most cases
Refund timing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refund issued to the original payment method
- You'll receive a "Refund Processed" confirmation email
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
