These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of maisonvanirene.com and your purchase of Maison Van Irene products. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

Orders & Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Orders of $125 or more ship free; orders under $125 incur an $8 shipping fee.

Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards through Stripe and payments through PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

You may modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by emailing hello@maisonvanirene.com. After 1 hour, your order is submitted to fulfillment and can no longer be modified. If you need to return the item after delivery, see our Returns Policy.

Product Information

We make every effort to display product information accurately, including ingredient lists, descriptions, and consumer perception results. However, results may vary by individual. Maison Van Irene products are cosmetics, not pharmaceutical treatments, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maison Van Irene's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law
